After three good month of battle a htc 626s which i latterly bought from one of my customer after months be with me which was not able to unlock at that time. Unknowing to me the 6.0.1 Marshmallow The SIM unlock app has a bug . the customer get tired of the phone and sell it off to me. Thank God today i finally find solution which is actually quite easy.
When ever i use the unlock app i got this error
failure in processing the request please reboot device and try again
the simple solution is to downgrade your htc before unlock either via server which you need to pay or unlock with xtc clip for free
