I will be using MetroPCS HTC 626s for this tutorial before you unlock htc 626s you most downgrade to 5.1 incase your are already running 6.0.1 for other htc you might not downgrade

Tools:
- xtc clips
- card reader
- usb cable
- a lock htc device
Instruction:
- Connect your xtc clip to a card reader and connect to pc
From the images above
- Navigate to special Unlock/IMEI image (1)
- Select the model you want to unlock (2)
- copy files (3)
- Now disconnect the xtc clip from card reader and insert it to the sd card already of your htc
- Now power of the phone (press the power button and turn off)
Now press and hold (power button and the up volume button ) as soon it show htc release the power button and keep holding up volume button , you will see a quick flash screen like the image below
Don’t worry keep holding the up volume button the screen will go blank after some minutes the htc will come on and boot on it own
Congrats your htc is unlocked
