FIX:TECNO G9 PAD II NOT CHARGING 3% G AFTER FLASHING WITH STOCK ROM SP FLASH TOOLS

If after flashing, your Tecno G9 won’t charge above 3% no matter how long you charge it or what charger you use then the problem is from the firmware.
To fix this issue, download the Tecno G9 firmware New firmware from xtechmobile

Note: It not a hardware issue it software because i have tried hardware finally the software solved it (100%)

You didn’t state how to use the firmware to solve the battery issue. I have downloaded the file but the guide is not included in it. Please help.
