How to Flash your Nokia lumia phones without Box “Windows Device Recovery Tool”

1) Download your firmware lumia   or NaviFirm

2) Download Only .ffu extension file
3) Install Drivers

How to Flash your phone

1. Install “Windows Device Recovery Tool”
2. Download the firmware form this site only the ffu.
3. And now open CMD as administrator
4. Type in quote “cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Care Suite\Windows Device Recovery Tool”
32 bit pc “cd C:\Program Files\Microsoft Care Suite\Windows Device Recovery Tool”
5. Connect now your phone to your pc
6. Type in cmd “thor2 -mode uefiflash -ffufile “C:\the location of the ffu\file name.ffu” -do_full_nvi_update -do_factory_reset”

7. Rename change the location to the current directory

8. Wait now until your phone gives a green screen
9. Type now in cmd “thor2 -mode rnd -bootnormalmode”

10. flash done

    Hi,how to unbrick des dead Nokia x RM-980 with no boot,no fasboot because it does not vibrate with key volume down + power button. I tried NCS but nothing, because the phone does not boot into fastboot mode,and not charging
